Policy:
You need to comply with the work schedule assigned before the start of each work week. You must arrive at work early enough to begin your shift at the scheduled time. If you are sick and unable to work a scheduled shift, you must inform the shift Manager a minimum of 2-hours prior to the beginning of your shift. Please note, you may be asked to provide a Doctor’s note.
- It is extremely important that you report to work as scheduled. Being on-time is Mandatory.
- If you can not make a scheduled shift, you must call the Shift Manager a minimum of 2-hours prior to the start of the shift.
- Frequent lateness, leaving work early, and/or absences may be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination
- If you miss three (3) consecutive shifts without contacting Management, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily resigned your employment with Churchs Chicken due to job abandonment.
- If you do not return to work from vacation/LOA after three (3) days of the agreed upon return date, Church’s Chicken will assume that you have reigned your position due to abandonment and you employment will be voluntarily terminated.
